The Opportunity

Join the dynamic Sales team at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' as a Sales Executive. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and nurturing strong client relationships within the Metro Manila region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts
  • Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and industry expertise
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the Account & Relationship Management industry, preferably in the Sales domain
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative approach to sales
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
