PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Salary Range: 15,000 - 25,000

Requirements and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills: With good analytical skill is a must.
Interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office
Technical skills on production processes
Adaptability and good leadership skills
High Initiative

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Production Activities: Ensure products meet standards with safety as top priority and high quality.
Managing resources and ensuring quality control
Leading and Developing team
Continuous Improvement
Compliance and Reporting
Planning and Implementation
Performance Monitoring: Track job performance and on time performance evaluation
Efficient of command responsibility

Rest Day Schedule: Sunday

Time of Work (7-4pm / 8-5pm)
