Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Management or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in food production, with a focus on bakery operations.
• Proven supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary or bakery setting.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of bakery production processes, ingredients, and equipment.
• Understanding of quality control standards, food safety, and sanitation practices (e.g., HACCP, GMP).

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a production team.
• Capable of delegating tasks effectively and managing production schedules to meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to identify production issues and implement timely and effective solutions.

Organizational Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow and inventory management.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and management.
