JOB SUMMARY:

As the Leasing Manager, expect that your creativity will need to be at work as you build strategies to fill out the tenants of residential, commercial and office units/spaces.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To handle and office residential, commercial and office leasable units/spaces.
2. Conceptualizes, develops, and creates strategies, policies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the office buildings
3. Ensures the office portfolio is commercially competitive in given locations. Reports competitors periodically
4. Coordinates with the other leasing functions before finalizing negotiations (construction, accounting, marketing and other concerned departments
5. Achieves tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established.
6. Helps facilities the deal through legal and construction process
7. Prepares Leasing Weekly Report and Commercial and Office Update Report (bi-monthly)
8. Monitors status of sent lease offers to prospective residential, commercial and office tenants; regular coordination with licensed and accredited brokers
9. Monitors proper documentation on lease memo and lease contracts
10. Addresses tenants concerns with definite timeline
11. Extend assistance to other departments to achieve team goals and objectives
12. Work independently and handles residential, commercial and office tenants with creativity and minimal guidance.
13. Recruits and accredits licensed real estate brokers and network partners to offer our residential, commercial and office spaces for lease.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Leasing Managers must have a four-year degree in business administration, marketing, economics, communication, retail, real estate, fashion, or any other related course.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in leasing, real estate, and project development
3. Preferable a PRC licensed Real Estate Broker or Licensed Salesperson.
