Join our team as an HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Location: Cebu Business Park, Ayala

Schedule: Graveyard schedule & must be amenable to flexible hours, including Mid-shift

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive and compliant work environment by handling employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and various HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Prepare and issue disciplinary notices (e.g., NTEs, written warnings, suspension memos)
  • Cascade internal communications, including company advisories and government-mandated holidays
  • Facilitate completion of exit interviews and separation documentation
  • Attend DOLE and NLRC conferences and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Manage HMO enrollment, deletions, and related matters
  • Ensure safekeeping and confidentiality of HR documents and records
  • Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processesCoordinate with the HR Director and Operations team
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Employee Relations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • With strong experience in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and labor relations
  • Knowledgeable on DOLE policies and HR regulatory standards in the Philippines
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Willing to work onsite and with a flexible schedule
