Junior Data & List Operations Specialist (Lead Generation Specialist)

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: 3x Onsite 2x WFH
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Summary

The Data & List Operations Specialist will play a key role in maintaining clean, accurate, and organized prospect and client data across multiple systems and campaigns.

This is not a simple data entry role. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in list building, CRM/PSA management, data enrichment, and database cleanup who can independently manage ongoing projects and proactively improve data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Stream 1 — Outbound Prospecting Lists
  • Build targeted prospect lists for medical and dental practices across Managed IT, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Chronic Care Management (CCM) campaigns
  • Use sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, RocketReach, or similar platforms
  • Identify the correct decision-makers including Office Managers, Practice Administrators, and Billing Managers
  • Cross-reference new records against existing CRM data to prevent duplicates
  • Maintain clean segmentation, tagging, and pipeline organization inside Go High Level (GHL)
  • Update records in real time based on SDR feedback and campaign activity
Stream 2 — Existing Client Database Management (ConnectWise)
  • Audit, clean, and maintain existing client records inside ConnectWise
  • Correct stale, missing, or inaccurate client information
  • Remove outdated records, duplicates, inactive clients, and outdated contacts
  • Build segmented client lists to support recurring campaigns and promotions
  • Support annual Medisoft and Lytec upgrade campaigns by preparing accurate target lists
  • Pull targeted lists for cross-grade and cross-sell initiatives
Stream 3 — Inbound Lead Processing
  • Process inbound leads from webinars, website forms, assessments, and other channels
  • Enrich and verify lead information using sourcing tools
  • Route records to the appropriate campaigns and pipeline stages inside GHL
  • Ensure inbound leads are properly organized and followed up by the sales team

What Success Looks Like:

  • Examples of weekly responsibilities may include:
  • Building and importing verified prospect lists for outbound campaigns
  • Updating and correcting ConnectWise records flagged by the sales team
  • Processing and enriching inbound webinar or marketing leads
  • Cleaning duplicate records and filling missing data fields
  • Pulling targeted client lists for software upgrade campaigns
  • Maintaining detailed progress updates and documentation
Qualifications Required: Hands-on experience building and cleaning B2B prospect lists

Experience using at least one sourcing or enrichment platform:

  • Apollo.io
  • Seamless.ai
  • ZoomInfo
  • Lusha
  • LeadIQ
  • RocketReach
  • or similar tools

Experience managing records inside CRM or PSA platforms such as:

  • Go High Level (GHL)
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • ConnectWise
  • Autotask

Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills including:

  • Deduplication
  • Bulk data manipulation
  • Formatting and organization at scale
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing data projects independently
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Clear written English communication skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with ConnectWise
  • Experience supporting outbound sales or SDR teams
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional research workflows
  • Experience supporting campaign segmentation and marketing operations
