Research and Lead Generation Assistant (Temporary / Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Research and Lead Generation Assistant to support our business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting online research to identify and compile targeted prospect lists, primarily within the telecommunications and ISP industries.This role is project-based, fully remote, and offers flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online research to identify potential business leads within the telecommunications, ISP, and related industries.
Review company websites, LinkedIn profiles, business directories, and other online resources to gather relevant information.
Identify and document key decision-makers, including Owners, Managing Directors, CEOs, Founders, and other senior executives.
Build and maintain accurate lead databases containing company information, contact details, and relevant business insights.
Verify and update contact information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Organize research findings in spreadsheets or CRM systems as required.
Perform basic market research to determine whether target companies may benefit from the company’s products or services.
Meet assigned research targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality data standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in online research, lead generation, data entry, or administrative support is preferred.
Strong internet research skills and ability to navigate company websites, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems or lead generation tools is an advantage but not required.
Background in telecommunications, technology, or B2B research is a plus.
