Lead Generation and Retail Outreach Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Lead Generation & Retail Outreach Specialist to support our continued retail expansion across the United States. This role will focus heavily on outbound outreach, retailer prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management—helping the team capture more independent and regional retail opportunities nationwide.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a high-volume outreach environment. You will play a key role in building retailer relationships, generating new opportunities, and supporting wholesale growth through consistent communication and strong operational follow-through.

Part time (20 hours per week)

Timezone: PST

Rate: 7 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing lead generation and prospecting to identify independent retailers, regional chains, distributors, and specialty accounts across the U.S..
  • Build and maintain organized retailer databases and outreach pipelines within a CRM.
  • Execute high-volume outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to prospective retail partners.
  • Conduct consistent follow-up across multiple touchpoints to maximize response and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate retailer communications, sample requests, and follow-up conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, contact information, outreach notes, and pipeline updates.
  • Monitor outreach performance and provide weekly reporting on retailer engagement, lead generation activity, and pipeline progress.
  • Support broader wholesale growth initiatives and ad hoc business development projects as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, wholesale outreach, or business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with CPG, beverage, food and beverage, or wellness brands is strongly preferred.
  • CRM Familiarity: Experience working with CRM systems such as Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
  • Communication & Research: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with robust online research capabilities to identify retail opportunities.
  • Work Style: Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, proactively, and manage tasks effectively.
