Dressing Plant Manager

We are looking for a seasoned poultry processing professional to lead the Dressing Department of our upcoming plant facility. This role is critical to the successful establishment and operationalization of the new dressing plant, from pre-opening setup through full-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the setup and commissioning of the dressing plant operations, including workflow design, equipment layout, and process standardization
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Build and manage the dressing department team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams during the plant setup phase
- Ensure compliance with NMIS, BFAD, and applicable food processing standards
- Drive production efficiency, yield targets, and cost control once operations commence
- At least 10 years of experience in poultry dressing/processing operations, with at least 5-7 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of dressing plant operations, equipment, and food safety standards
- Proven experience in plant setup or expansion is a strong advantage
