Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, optimizing operational performance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, production, and operations management, capable of driving continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage the overall operations of the production facility to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production plans to maximize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop production, maintenance, warehouse, and support teams.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, quality, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production reports and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other applicable industry regulations, where relevant.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in meat processing or butchering operations, including knowledge of meat cutting, processing techniques, and food safety standards, is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in production and operations management with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing a production facility or manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management systems, inventory control, and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
