Senior Digital Data Analyst (GA4 / SQL)

We are looking for a Senior Digital Data Analyst with strong experience in GA4, SQL, and e-commerce analytics.
This role focuses on data validation, tracking accuracy, and performance analysis—not campaign execution or media buying.
You will play a key role in ensuring reliable data, accurate tracking, and actionable insights that support business and product decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Analysis & Decision Support- Build and maintain dashboards for key e-commerce metrics:
- Conversion rate
- Revenue per visit
- AOV
- Funnel performance
- Analyze site changes, campaigns, and experiments to measure impact
- Deliver structured insights with clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and track success metrics
- Monitor traffic, conversion, and revenue data to detect anomalies
- Investigate performance fluctuations and identify root causes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of analytics data across platforms
- Escalate and document tracking or data integrity issues
- Validate and review analytics tracking implementation (GA4 or similar)
- Support tracking audits and event/conversion configuration
- Maintain accurate measurement frameworks across digital platforms
- Develop dashboards and reports for business and leadership use
- Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL and analytics tools
- Translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital, web, or e-commerce analytics
- Strong experience in:
- GA4 (or similar analytics tools)
- SQL for data analysis and validation
- E-commerce or digital performance analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in SQL
- Experience in analytics tracking and validation (GA4 or similar)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tools
- Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
- Experience in multi-channel performance analysis
