Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (non-negotiable), including formulas, pivots, data validation, and large-file handling
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to meet strict and recurring reporting deadlines

• Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau for reporting and dashboards
• Basic SQL querying experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Sales Data Analyst, Sales or Revenue Operations Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst (junior), or Data Analyst supporting sales or commercial teams
• Experience working in structured reporting or operational analytics environments

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, clean, standardize, and reconcile large volumes of sales data from multiple datasets
• Consolidate data into master reports and generate segmented reports as required
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reporting outputs
• Execute recurring sales reports on strict weekly deadlines
• Maintain and enhance reporting files, data models, and dashboards
• Support improvements in reporting efficiency, scalability, and data quality
• Write and run basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and data requirements

• Perform high-volume data handling, reporting execution, and quality control
• Deliver process-driven and repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
• Focus on reporting accuracy rather than financial modeling or forecasting
