Digital Marketing Coordinator (WFH)

• We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator on behalf of one of our fastest-moving clients at PeoplePartners. If you live and breathe marketing — and love turning strategy into scroll-stopping content and campaigns — this one’s for you.

• You’ll take the lead on all things marketing — from social to email to analytics. Your job? Make sure the brand’s voice is clear, its message consistent, and its campaigns drive results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and track campaigns.
• Run socials that actually get engagement.
• Own email marketing — newsletters, drips, segments.
• Work with designers, developers & event managers.
• Track what’s working with solid reporting.
• Bring insights and ideas to the table every week.

Requirements

• You’re curious, creative, and organized.
• You love metrics as much as messages.
• You’re confident running campaigns, not just making content.
• You’re a smooth communicator and a proactive collaborator.

• You’ve owned or led marketing execution before.
• You know your way around HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva & Monday.
• You've built campaigns from scratch and improved under-performers.

• You like your work fast-paced, fun, and full of impact.
• You love clear direction but thrive with creative freedom.
• You roll with feedback and keep things moving.

• Run data-backed campaigns that actually convert.
• Be the glue between creative and performance.
• Collaborate across teams and functions.
• Grow brand love and drive results

• Campaign performance: open rates, CTRs, conversions.
• Social engagement and growth.
• Marketing project delivery.
• Initiative and continuous improvement.

• Night-shift ; Mon–Fri.
• Remote from PH.
