Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant staff
- Maintain exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, food costs, and labor costs
- Manage manpower scheduling and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Drive sales growth and achieve operational targets
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Experience in a Chinese restaurant or fine dining restaurant is required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer-service oriented with a strong focus on guest experience
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, inventory control, and manpower management
- With excellent communication skills and pleasing personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
