Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant staff
• Maintain exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, food costs, and labor costs
• Manage manpower scheduling and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Drive sales growth and achieve operational targets

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Experience in a Chinese restaurant or fine dining restaurant is required
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Customer-service oriented with a strong focus on guest experience
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, inventory control, and manpower management
• With excellent communication skills and pleasing personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
