Cafe / Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café / Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our café and restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

• Supervise the daily operations of the café and or restaurant.
• Lead, train, and motivate baristas and service crew to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and overall performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and wastage control.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate daily sales reporting.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding store performance and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or food and beverage establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
