- Monitoring and recording employee attendance and absences
- Verifying and processing timesheets
- Coordinating with payroll for accurate salary disbursement
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Responding to employee queries related to attendance or| timekeeping
- Preparing attendance reports for HR and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Will be deploy in Pampanga Office.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or timekeeping roles
- Familiarity with attendance policies and payroll processes
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of timekeeping systems
- Basic understanding of labor laws and payroll policies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
