Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence and inbound marketing efforts in the global B2B offshoring and recruitment space. This role blends strategic thinking, digital marketing execution, recruitment communications, and SEO/content marketing to generate high-quality leads, strengthen market positioning, and support global expansion efforts.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Recruitment, Client Services, and Executive teams to drive aligned marketing strategies across target geographies: Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
Strategic Fit / Must-Have Experience- 3- 5 years in B2B brand or digital marketing (offshoring, outsourcing, or HR tech preferred, Marketing in Recruitment industry)(not product industry)
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably for a Recruitment Agency, BPO, or outsourcing firm.
- Deep understanding of client acquisition vs. candidate attraction — able to pivot messaging for both markets
- Strong grasp of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support enterprise lead generation.
- Experience working with or marketing to international markets, particularly Australia, UK, NZ, and US.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Demonstrated ability to increase website conversions through CRO techniques and strong landing page strategy.
- Skilled in Google Analytics, search console, and other platforms to track performance and improve funnels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — must work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Client Services teams.
- Commercially minded — understands the sales cycle and can align marketing goals with pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
- Comfortable presenting insights and strategies to the Executive Team and adapting plans based on business needs.
- Experience crafting clear, authoritative brand messaging aligned to business services, not consumer products.
- Able to produce or guide thought leadership aligned with offshore staffing, compliance, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational support.
- Can manage the tone and voice of the brand across all platforms — LinkedIn, website, job boards, newsletters, etc.
- Deep understanding of employer branding and job seeker behavior in the PH market.
- Able to create strong, visually engaging and authentic job ads, recruitment campaigns, and candidate-focused content.
- Comfortable advising internal teams on talent attraction strategies or advising clients when needed.
- Mature, dependable, and confident in managing projects and deadlines independently.
- Experience leading a small marketing team or mentoring junior creatives/writers/designers.
- Comfortable giving feedback, directing freelancers or interns, and ensuring work meets strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Intelligence- Lead annual and quarterly Go-To-Market (GTM) planning aligned with business growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and client/candidate behavior across target regions.
- Deliver monthly Market Beats Reports to inform sales and recruitment strategies.
- Own SEO strategy: keyword research, on/off-page optimization, backlink building, audits.
- Increase organic visibility and conversions through content-led inbound marketing.
- Plan and publish strategic content: blogs, whitepapers, guides, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Launch and manage inbound campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, email).
- Align with Sales on MQL > SQL movement, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Build lead-gen assets for recruitment services and client acquisition campaigns.
- Build strong B2B messaging tailored to offshore staffing, recruitment, compliance, and productivity.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels: website, social media, job ads, proposals, and email.
- Lead or guide thought leadership aligned with business impact and industry authority.
- Partner with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to drive candidate attraction and job ad engagement.
- Create recruitment-focused campaigns tailored to PH market behavior and client needs.
- Support internal team and client advisory with talent persona insights and campaign strategy.
- Develop geo-specific marketing campaigns, decks, and digital assets to support entry into AU, UK, NZ, and US markets.
- Work cross-functionally to support platform rollouts, digital tools, and international business strategies.
- Manage freelancers, vendors, or junior creatives to execute marketing projects.
- Present campaign results, performance insights, and opportunities to executive stakeholders.
