Marketing Coordinator (AU Retail, Office-based)
The role also provides administrative support for budget tracking, asset management, and post-campaign reporting, contributing to the ongoing improvement of marketing processes and outcomes.
- Coordinates the end-to-end campaign process, including briefing, timelines, proofing, and asset delivery. Ensures consistency and attention to detail across all materials.
- Maintains campaign documentation, reporting, and asset libraries.
- Supports briefing to design and production teams for POS, promotional assets and print materials.
- Supports campaign execution through tools and systems such as the media portal, in-store radio content management, and campaign budget tracking. Assists with weekly packs, signage briefs, and campaign wrap-ups.
- Campaign assets delivered on schedule and on brand
- Campaign engagement, team participation in initiatives
- Helps bring campaigns to life that support footfall, conversion, and engagement both in-store and online.
- Campaign ROI, reporting accuracy, and contribution to learning
- 1–2 years experience in a marketing team or co-ordination role
- Experience in writing Marketing briefs, campaign documents or implementation instructions
- Previous exposure and experience in media, both mass and digital media
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to campaign management or workflow tools (eg. Trello, Monday.com)
Nice to have:
- Retail or omni-channel marketing exposure; experience working with agencies
- Experience with CMS platforms, asset management tools, or POS production
- Experience in working at small to medium size brand with ecommerce offer
- Previous experience working with creative and media agency
- Previous exposure to customer research
