Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Quezon City Part-time
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring efforts on a part-time basis (~30 hours per week). The role will focus on recruiting for senior-level positions across Software, Product, and Marketing functions.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who is highly independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles (Software, Product, Marketing)
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements and company standards
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate fit
- Manage and maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on requirements and progress
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Support employment verification and recruitment documentation when needed
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in applicant tracking and reporting
- Proven experience in senior-level recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong track record of successfully placing candidates in tech, product, or marketing roles
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Highly accountable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional presence and strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting for international or remote teams
- Part-time (~30 hours per week)
- Remote (Philippines-based )
