We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for a range of roles supporting our growing healthcare technology and services organization. This role will primarily support hiring across clinical, IT, call center, and operational functions, adapting to evolving business needs.

The recruiter will serve as a strategic hiring partner to local leaders and the global Talent Acquisition organization, helping build strong talent pipelines across the Philippine labor market.

This position reports into the Global Talent Acquisition team while partnering closely with the local HR Manager and regional business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and market realities.

This is a senior, hands-on recruiting role suited for someone who understands the Philippine talent landscape, operates with urgency and precision, and brings a consultative, data-driven approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Functional Recruiting
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, including clinical, IT, call center, and operational positions
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring close
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles across healthcare, technology, and operations
  • Build pipelines across the Philippine labor market, including hospital systems, technology talent pools, and BPO/call center networks
Strategic Talent Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers, partner with the local HR Manager, and People Business Partners
  • Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines
  • Advise leaders on role design, talent availability, and recruiting strategy
  • Translate workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities
Operational Excellence & Scale
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Deliver high-volume hiring when needed, particularly for operations and call center roles
  • Ensure recruiting activities align with the organziation’s hiring processes, compliance standards, and Philippine employment practices
  • Partner with HR and compensation teams to ensure competitive and compliant offers
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Represent the organization as a credible and trusted employer within the Philippine healthcare, technology, and BPO talent markets
  • Deliver a professional, respectful, and transparent candidate experience
  • Help strengthen employer brand visibility within clinical, IT, and call center talent communities
Global Collaboration
  • Partner with global hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Support recruiting needs across time zones as required by the business
  • Align local recruiting execution with global workforce strategies
Process Improvement & Recruiting Insights
  • Leverage ATS data and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline hiring processes and enhance recruiting efficiency
  • Contribute to scaling recruiting operations as HealthEdge continues to grow globally

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including hiring for clinical, healthcare, IT, call center, and/or operational roles
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine labor market, including healthcare, BPO, and technology talent pools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Amenable to working hybrid and flexible with work schedule

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for healthcare services, healthcare technology, or BPO organizations
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring teams
  • Experience working in ATS-driven recruiting environments
  • Comfort operating in organizations experiencing growth, integration, or transformation
