COST ANALYST / ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Makes Bill of Quotation
• Recommend and direct changes in operating procedures to improve efficiencies in payment and procurement processes.
• When necessary, offer analytical support for departmental projects.
• Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
• Monitor and document actual and estimate reports.
• Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending.
• Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
• Analyze the market and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
• Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs, including economic analysis.
• Give suggestions for money-saving strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Business Ad- Finance Mgt, Accounting or related field of study.
• Accepts Fresh Graduates
• With advanced working knowledge in MS Excel for data and number crunching;
• Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail and good presentation skills;
• A team player - highly collaborative, accountable, open-minded who likes to work in a rapid and agile way.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
• Willing to work in the warehouse office from Monday to Friday
