Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Client Relations Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients while driving sales and business expansion.
Responsibilities- Manage corporate client inquiries and business requirements
- Build rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal departments for account fulfillment
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention
- Assist in sales planning and business development initiatives
- Achieve assigned sales goals and KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or corporate account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Highly organized and customer-oriented
- Fresh ideas and strong business acumen are highly valued
