Intrinsic Digital is hiring two highly organized and proactive Executive Assistants to support our senior leaders and help drive company-wide efficiency. This is a 6-month contractual role, with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our executive team, cross-functional department heads, and our existing EA group to ensure operations run smoothly every day.

If you excel at managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones, communicating with stakeholders, and staying three steps ahead, this role is for you. We’re looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Someone who can protect executive time, strengthen communication flows, and bring a calm, solution-oriented approach to a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month contractual role (with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent position based on business needs and performance)

Work hours: 7 am-3 pm EST (subject to change), and then choice of start times after first month, starting at 6 pm PH time.
Required Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Set-up: Remote (Company laptop and external monitor will be provided). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila and aren’t presently engaged with any company/client
Salary Range: Up to Php 60,000/monthly (with comprehensive benefits package)

Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives
  • Experience supporting senior executives, with primary support expected for the CFO, CMO, and CRO, and occasional support to the CEO as needed
  • Proven experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across time zones
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional copy
  • Experience managing social media posts, particularly on LinkedIn, including content scheduling, post coordination, and engagement support
  • Proficiency in basic copywriting for social media captions, executive posts, and professional LinkedIn content
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools, particularly Canva and CapCut
  • Experience with HubSpot or other social media scheduling/content management tools is a big plus
  • Basic knowledge of AI prompting to support copywriting, content creation, and workflow efficiency is a huge plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personal information
Four Must-Have Skills
  1. Advanced Calendar, Inbox & Travel Management - Ability to handle multiple executive schedules, prioritize meetings, proactively manage emails, and resolve scheduling conflicts across time zones. Experienced in coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and adjusting plans as needed.
  2. Strong Communication & Copywriting Skills - Excellent written and verbal English. Able to draft professional correspondence, meeting materials, internal updates, and clear, engaging LinkedIn copy for executive social media posts.
  3. LinkedIn Social Media Management & Content Coordination - Experience managing LinkedIn posts, including content planning, scheduling, basic engagement monitoring, and post coordination. Experience using HubSpot or similar social media scheduling/content management tools is a big plus.
  4. High Organizational Efficiency with Creative Tool Proficiency - Skilled in handling a high volume of tasks, maintaining attention to detail, and following through on deadlines independently. Must be proficient in Canva and CapCut for basic photo and video editing. Basic knowledge of AI prompting to support copywriting, content repurposing, and workflow efficiency is a huge plus.

A Day in the Life

As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Team, you will partner with senior leaders to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment. Your work will directly enable the executive team to focus on leadership priorities by managing the details behind the scenes.

You will become a part of a dynamic team of Executive Assistants who work collaboratively to make things happen.

In addition to providing executive administrative support, this role will also support LinkedIn social media management for executives. This may include drafting and scheduling posts, coordinating content through HubSpot, assisting with copywriting, and creating or editing basic photo and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars and emails, prioritizing and protecting strategic time, both business and personal
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling across time zones
  • Help plan and facilitate internal meetings to ensure alignment and follow-through
  • Help coordinate cross-departmental communication to keep teams connected and informed
  • Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Draft communications and assist in creating presentations or reports
  • Manage logistics for executive meetings, retreats, and special events
  • Manage and schedule LinkedIn social media posts through HubSpot
  • Draft and refine LinkedIn captions, executive posts, and other social media copy
  • Assist with basic photo and video editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support copywriting, content repurposing, and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain high integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personal information
  • Partner with the existing EA team to improve processes and efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the executive team
