Onsite opportunity | Flexible collaboration

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to schedule appointments
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism
Input and manage appointment details in CRM
Maintain high call quality standards
Collaborate with sales and operations teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in appointment setting or similar roles
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Detail-oriented and has organizational ability
Familiar and comfortable working with CRM systems and call software
Self-disciplined, punctual, and independent
