Job Title: Appointment Setter – Australian Account
Location: Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set appointments with potential customers in Australia.
Effectively engage in conversation to qualify leads and understand customer needs related to solar energy solutions.
Utilize scripts and sales techniques while also being able to adapt and personalize conversations based on customer responses.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide feedback on customer responses.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Continuously improve knowledge of our solar products and services to effectively communicate benefits to prospective customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to hold engaging conversations.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is preferred.
