What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to book appointments
• Follow detailed scripts and client-specific guidelines to ensure consistency
• Accurately input and manage appointment data using CRM tools like Go High Level
• Maintain professionalism and high call quality at all times
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to keep schedules accurate and up-to-date

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an appointment setter or lead generator in digital marketing
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call software
• Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently
