Quality Analyst is responsible for assuring that microbiological evaluation and related laboratory activities are executed and implemented in accordance to the policies and procedure as defined in Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc.’s Integrated Management System (CCEAP’s IMS).The microbiology may also act as the Deputy Food Safety Team Leader of the facility.
Responsibilities Would Include:
- Conducting laboratory activities involving applicable microbiological and sensory evaluation of incoming ingredients, water, syrup, and product as well as wastewater samples in accordance to Company procedures.
- Sampling and microbiological analyses of incoming ingredients’ e.g. CO2, sugar, beverage base/concentrate, syrup (simple & flavored), water, fullgoods, auxiliary materials, processing aids and environmental samples.
- Effectively maintain and manage the work area to ensure sustainability of operations and compliance to Integrated Management System.
- Sustain Continuous Improvement and participate in the Internal Audits, review effectiveness and contribute to the development of the system in place
- Promote CCEAP Culture and Company Strategies
- Participates in continuous improvement
- Ensures compliance with all applicable environmental standards and practices waste elimination and minimization to promote environmental sustainability
- Ensures compliance with all applicable health and safety standards and the execution of safety operational control plans
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology
- Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills for both internal and external
- Excellent in handling Complaints and requests solutions

- Preferably with experience working in an FMCG company
