JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYTICS TEAM MANAGER

CEBU CITY OR BAYBAY CITY, LEYTE | ONSITE | MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS | NIGHT SHIFT

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Analytics

• Analyze data gathered through different sources, collated through Microsoft Excel, using various formulas and functions.
• Specific duties and responsibilities for this position shall include:
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
• Involve in the creation of reports (either in numerical or graphical presentation)
• Gather data in various formats from different sources and platforms
• Create product listings on Amazon and Shopify
• Audit listings before upload and spot-check results at their respective platform
• Identify discrepancies and root causes, including presentation of data to the management and concerned department/s
• Recommendation of process modifications to further improve the team and cluster team procedures

• Understand the business needs and objectives
• Evaluate the supplier’s sales trend as the basis for prioritizing the brands that are worth selling and advertising
• Manages, organizes, and drives the successful completion of team projects.
• Collaborate with clients to determine the goals of team projects and strategize plans to meet those goals
• Oversees agents' workloads and ensures that all assigned tasks are done efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate results/suggestions/solutions to any concerns to other departments and management.
• Develops and implements quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures that the accuracy of the data is met and delivered by the agents promptly.
• Anticipate future demands related to people and technology within your department and implement the best solutions to achieve the team's needs.
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions for productivity and behavioral improvement.
• Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews, weekly presentations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of any Business or IT-related course; undergraduates may apply if they have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Manager in a BPO setting
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, functions, and shortcuts
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery effectively
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift or shifting schedule during peak seasons
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
