BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2 years or more of experience in Sales
- Good computer skills
- Experience in managing, servicing, supporting, developing and generating client relationships
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and familiarity with Call Center Services
- Willing to work ON-SITE and on a Graveyard shift.
- Reliable and has initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls, building relationships with potential customers/clients, and closing sales.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as lead generation, cold calling, marketing campaigns, Website, and networking.
- Set meetings with key decision makers with new and inactive accounts focused on relationship-based selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for achieving sales goals.
