JOB SUMMARY: The candidate will take accountability for the Company's hiring which includes providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs. This will involve strategizing with Management on Recruiting alignment and future direction, working with OZ heads on the qualification, and driving execution on the fulfilling those needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Source and review applicant’s suitability for various positions
  2. Maintains and ensures pool of applicants by continuous sourcing through online posting, attends career fairs and other recruitment activities.
  3. Conduct in-depth interviews.
  4. Collaborate with the department managers to ensure their specific qualifications are clear.
  5. Coordinate with department managers for their schedule of interview.
  6. Ensure department managers are apprised of progress towards the status of their manpower requirements.
  7. Make Job offers and collecting requirements of newly hired applicants.
  8. Facilitate orientation for newly hired applicants before on boarding.
  9. Prepares employment contract and assists new hire’s on-boarding.
  10. Perform other HR related functions as may be assigned by the HR Head from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 -2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • willing to do FIELD WORKS (job fairs, etc)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
