Job Responsibilities:

Personalized Recruitment Support
  • Provide administrative and sales support to a team of two-three senior recruiters (PRA) or one recruiter (PPRA).
  • Communicate frequently with Recruiters and candidates via phone, email and text.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Monitor personal inbox and respond to requests as soon as received.
  • Profile/Application Clean-up, researching for missing information to complete profile and communicating with the recruiter/candidate any issues encountered during the process.
  • Updating profile and record of candidate in the system to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
  • Processing of online license verifications, uploading the results into the system, and reporting any disciplinary actions or hits found.
  • Calling for references provided by the candidate and the recruiter and preparing reference forms based on the call, text, email, or completed reference form received.
  • Creating Master Profiles per outlined process flow, to recruiter specification.
  • Sending Job Lists to candidates as requested by the recruiters.
  • Searching for Hot Jobs and sending pay packages to priority candidates either hourly, once a day or twice a day per recruiter’s request.
  • Prepare Pay Packages for each position that the candidate is interested in and send via email. Format pay packages to recruiter specifications.
  • Present and submit candidates to select positions at the recruiter’s request
  • Assisting recruiters with candidate prospecting & lead follow up, via the use of pre-set email and text messaging templates.
  • Creating candidate contracts as requested by recruiters.
  • Requesting of extension positions
  • Reminding and following up for missing time sheets by sending text messages or email to candidate.
  • Help in general Recruitment Assistance Team when available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel Experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Energetic and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to sudden changes.
  • Fast and stable internet connection at home.
  • OK with the Hybrid work arrangement.
