We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our growing team! This role will primarily support our People Operations team in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, while also assisting in other facets of HR operations—including onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks—as needed.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and a broader understanding of HR functions within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment (Primary Focus):
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support offer preparation and documentation.
• Other HR Support (As Needed):
• Assist in onboarding activities such as preparing documentation and coordinating with new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support internal communications and occasional employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for ad hoc tasks within the People Operations team.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
