About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to engage with inbound leads and guide customers through solar and energy solutions for the Australian market. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable options, and supporting them through the decision-making process.

• Promptly engage with new leads and conduct customer consultations
• Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements
• Communicate with prospects via phone, SMS, email, and chat
• Provide clear and accurate information on products, savings, and available incentives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
• Offer post-sales assistance and contribute feedback for process improvement

• Experience in sales, preferably handling high-value or consultative sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Background in renewable energy or related industries is an advantage
• Comfortable using multiple communication channels and CRM platforms
