We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Taguig, Philippines. What You'll Do:
Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic research and market analysis.Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and SMS outreach to engage key decision-makers.
Appointment Setting: Convert prospects into qualified leads by scheduling discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team.
Funnel Management: Manage and track prospects across different stages of the sales funnel to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-ups using Zoho CRM.
Market Adaptability: Present and position an AI-driven logistics platform across industries, with focus on travel and global shipping sectors.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, BDR, or SDR roles.Industry Exposure (Preferred): Background in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Travel industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms like Salesforce, plus familiarity with sales automation tools.
Communication: Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently handle objections.
Sales Mindset: Proven ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support revenue growth.
Availability: Willing to work fixed night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST).
