Work Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Work Type: Full time
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is under the Sales Operations department and reports directly to the Sales Lead.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to support interviews and placements.
- Manage employer relationships and track hiring metrics to meet KPIs.
- Match candidates for suitable roles and explain job benefits and requirements.
- Review profiles and suggest resume improvements.
- Address hiring needs and promote organization’s candidates and services.
- Schedule interviews and submit qualified candidates regularly.
Qualifications/Requirements
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:- High school graduate
- 2 years contact center experience in (B2B/SaaS)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Good communication skills
- CRM experience
