Talent Acquisition Specialist

The job incumbent is primarily responsible for liaising with the hiring party/ requestor for their job requirement to ensure on-time filling up of vacant positions with the right talents through proper sourcing and screening process and observing the full recruitment cycle.

Job Description:

1. Executes Annual Operating Plans and budget cascaded by the Immediate Superior, submits reports for monthly, midyear, and year-end business reviews.
2. Adheres to set recruitment standard lead time.
3. Posting and updating to various sourcing channels for all vacant positions in the organization
4. Checks online postings, processes job applications, schedules interviews, and sends regret letters.
5. Facilitates applicant screening through paper screening, preliminary interview, administers psychological assessment tool.
6. Monitors filling-up of vacant positions on time with the right talents and updates recruitment tracker and updates hiring party of the hiring status.
7. Maintains and posts applications in the data bank to create talent pool to ensure availability of talents.
8. Performs and reports background investigation results to the Immediate Superior prior to salary negotiation and job offer.
9. Issues and checks pre-employment requirements, and carries out preliminary induction program prior deployment.
10. Monitors lead time to fill, recruitment index, success rate of new hires, overall satisfaction index from hiring managers and new hires, and prepares reports.
11. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
