We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can confidently support both executive operations and marketing functions.
This is a true all-rounder EA role—you’ll be the trusted right hand to leadership, managing calendars, coordinating overseas office administration, maintaining critical records, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll bring your marketing experience into play by supporting communications, materials, and marketing coordination activities.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-level executive support including diary management, calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Manage overseas office administration including insurance files, records management, business documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and monitor business accreditations, ensuring all records and requirements remain current and compliant.
- Support marketing-related activities including presentations, marketing materials, communications, and general coordination.
- Draft professional emails, reports, correspondence, and track action items to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in improving administrative processes while independently managing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Must have exposure to marketing-related tasks such as communications, content coordination, presentations, or marketing support.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple senior-level priorities.
- Confident in liaising with executives, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail when managing schedules, documentation, and confidential business information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to support both executive operations and light marketing functions.
