We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness! We offer spacious free weights, cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, and a basketball court all in one comprehensive service! In conjunction with our fully fledged gyms, we also own and operate stand-alone pilates studios.

About the Role:

As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Remote Sales Consultant to manage and nurture both existing and new leads across all of our current locations and outside of gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & CRM: Efficiently manage and track a large volume of leads per location using our CRM system, ensuring each lead is properly categorised, followed up with, and nurtured through the sales funnel.
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Take the initiative to respond promptly to inbound leads, providing them with relevant information and generating interest in our gym’s services and memberships.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop personalised outreach strategies to build strong relationships with leads, guiding them through the decision-making process and addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Appointment Setting & Conversion: Maximise lead conversion and appointment show rates by qualifying prospects, understanding their fitness goals, building rapport and scheduling consultations or gym tours to successfully convert them into members or booked appointments.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively follow up on "no sales" leads to re-engage, address any issues, and work towards converting them into gym members.
  • KPI Management: Consistently meet KPIs focused on call productivity conversion rates, qualified appointment bookings, and lead management effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the gym management and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to team goals.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Appointment Setter, Sales Consultant, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the Fitness industry.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their health and fitness journey.
  • A strong eagerness to learn about the industry, our products, and their benefits is essential.
  • Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
