About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at GAC Aion Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading electric vehicle brand in the Philippines.As Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
- Understand customer needs and preferences through effective communication.
- Offer personalized guidance and support throughout the entire customer journey.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate deals effectively.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expertise:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GAC Aion vehicles, features, and competitive offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing and promotion strategies, and financing options.
- Sales & Administrative Duties:
- Document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- College-level or college graduates from any field. K-12 graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a proven ability to drive is highly preferred.
