What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and recommend the most suitable products
- Provide knowledgeable and personable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain a well-presented and organised product display to create an inviting shopping environment
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends to inform product development
- Support with inventory management and other operational tasks as required
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Passion for beauty products and a desire to provide high-quality customer experiences
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and product benefits
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing your sales skills
