About the role
RVD FOOD Inc. is seeking an Inventory Staff to join our team in Bagumbayan Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management practices across our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing- Accurately track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demand
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain data integrity
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments in a timely manner
- Assist with the picking, packing and dispatching of outgoing orders
- Liaise with the purchasing team to identify and resolve any supply chain issues
- Maintain detailed records and generate inventory reports as required
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and processes
- Proven experience in an inventory control or warehouse operations role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in the use of inventory management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
