Inventory supervisor

Job Description

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods within the production area
• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely availability of materials for daily operations
• Prepare and issue materials based on approved production requests and schedules
• Record all inventory movements (issuance, returns, adjustments)
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in the production area
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials from the warehouse or suppliers
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement teams regarding inventory requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas within production
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of inventory systems and basic documentation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
