In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle the creation and submission of both technical and commercial proposals for a wide range of customers.
- Handle technical queries from sales and external customers.
- Perform product model configuration and sizing through Emerson’s proprietary tools.
- Log all work activities using our business system tools for managing our customers, such as Customer Relation Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, etc.
- Collaborate locally and globally with our Emerson factories, sales offices, and colleagues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service doing technical proposal generation, equipment sizing, and selection for instrumentation and flow measurement products.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, Trade compliance, commercial terms and conditions.
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud and Oracle.
- Knowledge of engineering specifications related to process control.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with the end-to-end project proposal lifecycle is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Emerson products and solutions is a plus.
