The Technical Support Engineer T1 will hold a secondary role of handling content management system, encompassing publishing contents, supporting in-country administrators to troubleshoot their own CMS-related technical issues.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must have…- Beginner Level Technical Skill Requirements (Web development)
- HTML/CSS
- Google Workspace, NotebookLM
- Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio
- Trello/Jira
- Technical University degree
- Background in ITIL Foundation is a plus
- Background in Scrum Agile Framework is a plus
- Has knowledge in using Google Workspace
- Has content developer experience
- Ability to quickly understand business processes
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis
- Ability to do simple to complex process mappings
- Strong analytical, communication and fluent English presentation skills
- Interest in and understanding of the business, its strategies, its people and its organisational structures
- Self-motivated with great initiative and highly independent; Enthusiastic and positive spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Has the ability to articulate issues and work with business leaders and senior management
- Complies to company policies and non-disclosure agreements
