Job Title: Service Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Service Engineer or Electrical Engineer, with a preference for those with experience in the UPS field.This role requires a strong understanding of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning, as well as the ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematic diagrams.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Commissioning: Perform electrical installations and commissioning of equipment.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and equipment.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and team members.
Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed written reports on service activities and findings.
Use of Instruments: Utilize various measuring and analyzing instruments to ensure equipment functionality.
Software Proficiency: Use MS Office, AutoCAD, and service software for documentation and analysis.
Flexible Work Hours: Be available to work odd hours and travel around the Philippines as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Service Engineer or Electrical Engineer (experience in the UPS field is a plus).Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
Schematic Reading: Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematic diagrams.
Instrument Familiarity: Familiarity with measuring and analyzing instruments.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and service software.
Reporting: Ability to prepare and submit detailed written reports.
Flexibility: Willingness to work odd hours and travel as needed.
Driving License: Valid car driving license.
