About the Role
Cybalink Solutions is looking for a strategic, decisive, and hands-on HR Manager to lead our Human Resources and Recruitment functions in alignment with operational and client goals.
This role is best suited for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises strong critical thinking, and confidently makes sound decisions without the need for constant direction. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of independently managing both HR operations and recruitment while providing strategic guidance to leadership.
You will be a key member of the management team, partnering closely with senior leadership and clients to ensure HR strategies directly support business performance, workforce stability, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HR department, mentoring and guiding a team of HR professionals
- Independently drive HR and recruitment initiatives with minimal supervision
- Develop and execute strategies focused on employee and labor relations
- Provide strategic HR guidance and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee negotiations, agreements, and labor-related matters with fairness and professionalism
- Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws
- Handle employee grievances and disputes in a timely and equitable manner
- Develop and implement HR policies that promote a compliant, productive, and positive workplace culture
- Actively manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning aligned with operational and client needs
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for clients and senior leadership
- Partner with management to align HR initiatives with overall business goals
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Minimum 5 years of HR Management experience, with strong focus on employee and labor relations
- Proven experience leading HR operations and managing a team
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions independently and exercise strong critical thinking
- Self-driven leader who does not require close supervision or constant direction
- Strong capability to actively manage both recruitment and HR functions simultaneously
- Experience developing HR strategies and providing practical guidance to leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of DOLE regulations and HR best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced outsourcing/BPO environment is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated client-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
- Willing to work FULL ONSITE in Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday) on a rotating shift schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
