Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience through our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. The program is designed to provide practical experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing, offering trainees exposure to real-world business operations.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build your resume, and gain valuable insights into your chosen field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of HR, Accounting, or Marketing principles (depending on the chosen field).
