Accounting Staff (Jet Account)

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, particularly in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), audit assistance, and reconciliation tasks. This role is critical in strengthening the accounting team as the company continues to expand, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, monitored, and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Details:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and monitor collections.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in audit requirements and financial reporting.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Help prepare basic reports, charts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related course.
  • With or without experience; background in AR/AP and reconciliation is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in any Accounting Software (QuickBooks, XERO, SAP or similar system) is a plus.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel Formulas and Operations is highly recommended.
  • With background on Report charts and presentation is highly recommended but not a must
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Can start immediately or within short notice.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
