Urgent! Accounting Intern

OsaMor Food Corporation — the company behind Bell+Amadeus, Diet in a Box, Ulam Express, Minds on Wheels, and Lunhaw Farm Resort — is in search of a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional corporate environment, ideal for students aspiring to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Accounting Intern will provide vital support to the finance team through the following:

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of Official Receipts (ORs) and supporting documents.
• Validate Official Receipts
• Prepare and organize ORs for tracking and documentation.
• Record daily transactions in the company’s accounting books.
• File and maintain hard copies of ORs for both BIR and Accounting records.
• Vouch supporting documents such as Check Disbursements and OR Sales Summaries.
• Encode monthly transactions into working papers and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain well-labelled and organized document folders.
• Account Client Payments
• Account Daily Expense Report

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled and completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• Must possess the following school requirements:
• Endorsement Letter
• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• Study Load reflecting enrolment in Practicum/Internship
