HR SUPERVISOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervises the Projects and other HR facets which includes recruitment, admin, employee relations, employee engagements, compensation and benefits.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll-related inputs, benefits enrollment, and claims.
- Supervises end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinates with department heads to identify staffing needs and hiring plans.
- Promotes a healthy working environment through fair and consistent HR practices.
- Provides guidance to supervisors and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Plans and implements employee engagement programs and activities.
- Supports initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Performs tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRDM, Psychology, or any related courses.
- At least 3 years of working experience as HR Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have sound labor law knowledge
- Excellent administrative skills
